You Can Get a Student Ticket for Less Than 10 Bucks

UMD-College Park students with valid student ID and children under 18 are eligible for discounted, $9 student tickets for all performances except rental events.

UMD-College Park students may purchase 2 student tickets per ID, limit two IDs per person
Students at other universities may purchase 1 student ticket per ID, limit two IDs per person

You Can Pay with Terrapin Express

UMD-College Park students may pay for tickets with Terrapin Express. We also take cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

You Can Make Reservations Online, By Phone or In Person

Students may purchase tickets online (limit of two student tickets per order), by phone or in person at the ticket office. Student tickets ordered online or by phone are held at will call until the appropriate number of student IDs are presented.

Please note: there is a $2 ticket charge for each ticket purchased over the phone or online.

You Can Get Free Tickets

Five percent of the seating capacity at each show (except for rental events) is reserved for free tickets for UMD-College Park students. These free student tickets are available:

for every non-rental performance, even for otherwise sold-out performances
while supplies last, from 11:00 a.m. Monday until two hours before the performance begins
in-person on a first-come, first-served basis, one ticket per UMD-College Park student with valid student ID

These tickets are located in specific seats in the theatre, unless seating is general admission. Once free tickets are issued, you may not change your seating location.

The Ticket Office is open seven days a week, from 11 AM – 9 PM, with reduced hours on holidays and breaks in the academic calendar.
