Ticket Office Location and Hours
The ticket office is located in the lobby of the Clarice Smith Center. It is open 11 AM-9 PM, seven days a week during the season, and operates on a reduced schedule during breaks in the University's academic year. Call us for the latest schedule.Fees
Online Charge: There is a fee of $2 per ticket for online orders.Phone Charge: There is a fee of $2 per ticket for phone orders (waived for subscribers).
Ticket Exchanges And Donations
Exchanges: Up to 24 hours in advance of the event, you may exchange your tickets for another event, excluding non-Center productions and group sale tickets.Donations: Anytime before the event, you may donate your tickets to the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center. Ticket donations are tax-deductible and you will receive a receipt to acknowledge your gift.
Lost Tickets
Please call or come to the ticket office and let us know you lost your tickets and we will be happy to reprint them for you. We will have them ready for you at the will-call window the night of the performance.Discounts
We offer a variety of discounts for events produced by the Center:Subscribers: Buy tickets to five or more performances and get the subscription price - a savings of 20% off our original ticket price. Subscribers receive advance notice of upcoming events, priority seating, and no handling fees on phone orders.
Students: Any university student or youth under 18 can purchase tickets at the special rate of $7 per ticket. University of Maryland, College Park students may purchase up to two tickets at this rate with a valid student ID. All other students may receive only one.
Senior Citizens: Patrons who are 62 years of age or older are eligible to receive $2 off the original ticket price.
Alumni: University of Maryland Alumni Association members are eligible to receive $2 off the original ticket price.
Groups: Groups of 10 or more may be eligible to receive a discount of 20% off the original ticket price.
